Sharon Goei is the Director of Building and Housing for the City of Milpitas, California. She previously served as the Chief Building Official for several jurisdictions as well as served on the ICC Evaluation Service Board of Managers, Evaluation Committee, and Environmental Committee. She is active in various capacities with the local ICC Chapters and the California Building Officials organization.
