Acceptance criteria are copyrighted publications (ALL RIGHTS RESERVED) of ICC-ES and are developed for use solely for purposes of issuing ICC-ES evaluation reports to applicants. Acceptance criteria are available to the public for purchase, but they are not for use outside of the ICC-ES system. When ICC-ES grants access to criteria to outside parties, it is pursuant to a License Agreement effective on the date that access is granted, and no further reproduction of the criteria in question is authorized.
