Brea, CA – ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) announces changes to the senior management team, harmonizing the oversight of testing, inspection and certification services in order to better serve its customers.
Phil Jones will serve as Senior Vice President of Operations for the Conformity Assessment Group, overseeing operations for Evaluation Services, Testing, Engineering, and Off-Site Construction Services.
Having previously served as the president of ICC NTA, Phil brings decades of leadership skills and experience in maintaining company operations and financial matters to guide the overall growth of the company.
“The Conformity Assessment Group is uniquely multi-faceted, offering solutions across many building disciplines. I’m honored to be leading the strategic vision of the company and am excited to embrace the possibilities that lie ahead for ICC-ES,” shared Jones.
Vincent Chui, P.E., S.E. will serve as the Vice President of Evaluation Services, overseeing all ICC-ES certification efforts across the company. Vincent is a licensed structural engineer in the states of California and Nevada with over 24 years of technical and leadership experience in the building product industry. Vincent has been with ICC-ES for 10 years, leading a large team of engineers to overcome a variety of challenges in building product certification for code compliance.

These changes will unify the Conformity Assessment Group, merging testing and certification services under one roof in order to provide consistent, gold standard- level customer service across all departments and all office locations.
