| For Immediate Release: April 29, 2020 www.icc-es.org Speed of Service Exemplifies ICC-ES Commitment to Client Satisfaction Turnaround time on Evaluation Report ESR-4566 exceeds client expectations Brea, Calif. – ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) recently published an evaluation report for Alfrex, LLC, exceeding the client’s expectations in both timeliness and service. Turnaround time on evaluation reports is a key concern for many clients in the building industry, as it directly affects the speed and success of the product entering the market. In the last ten years, ICC-ES has substantially improved the completion time for thorough and timely evaluation reports with a focus on client solutions and product innovation – with the median number around three months from start to finish. ESR-4566 was evaluated in compliance with the 2018 International Building Code® (IBC®) for a Metal Composite Material (MCM) panel evaluated under ICC-ES Acceptance Criteria (AC) AC25. A durable, versatile and affordable architectural facade, MCM has been a key element in exterior wall cladding construction since the early 1980s.
