Chinese Manufacturers continue to seek ICC-ES’ technical expertise for roofing products
ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES), the experts in building product evaluation and certification, had another successful year exhibiting at the International Roofing and Waterproofing Expo in Shanghai, China, receiving a number of new applications from manufacturers seeking ICC-ES’ technical expertise for their membrane roof covering systems.
The International Roofing and Waterproofing Expo was held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center (14-16 of July), attracting more than 20,000 attendees and exhibitors from all over the world.
“We had another successful year exhibiting at the International Roofing and Waterproofing Expo. Our booth attracted a number of manufacturers who were seeking U.S distribution for their roof covering products,” said Senior Staff Engineer Ping Cheng. “Chinese manufacturers understand the value of the ICC-ES mark of conformity and continue to seek ICC-ES because of our technical expertise and immediate acceptance by code officials.”
ICC-ES Senior Staff Engineers also met with Chinese clients at the show to discuss future service offerings and other program initiatives.
