Only products that receive an ICC-ES PMG listing are allowed to display an ICC-ES PMG Listing Mark. PMG listings will only be issued to products that comply with applicable standards and codes. After the PMG listing has been issued, ongoing inspections at the manufacturer’s site will ensure that the quality of the product that receives an ICC-ES PMG listing remains consistent. The above Mark of Conformity includes the "c" as the Canadian identifier at the 8 o'clock position. This mark is applied to products that have been certified to meet both Canadian and U.S. requirements.

When an ICC-ES PMG listing is issued, the manufacturer of the product may use the ICC-ES PMG Listing Mark and PMG listing number to promote the product. Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about significant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or workplaces, or that are released into the environment.
