Certification of High Sierra Showerheads reinforces ICC-ES’s commitment to sustainable, compliant plumbing products in Australia
Brea, CA – ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) has issued a comprehensive WaterMark certification to High Sierra Showerheads, covering a broad range of fixed and hand shower products. These products were evaluated to AS/NZS 3662:2005 (including Amendments 1, 2 & 3) – Showers for Bathing, a critical standard that supports water efficiency and product safety in Australia.
The certificate, WM-092003, includes dozens of models with a low flow rate of 5.7 L/min. This reduced flow helps consumers lower utility bills by using less water and energy, while the WaterMark certification ensures consistent performance, public safety, and regulatory compliance across all certified models.
“At High Sierra Showerheads, sustainability is at the core of our innovation. Achieving WaterMark certification with ICC-ES affirms that our products meet Australia’s strict water efficiency and performance standards—while helping customers reduce water use without sacrificing comfort,” said David Malcolm, Owner of High Sierra Showerheads.
The WaterMark Certification Scheme is a mandatory requirement for specified plumbing products installed in Australia. ICC-ES is accredited by JASANZ (Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand) to certify products under this scheme, helping manufacturers gain market access while meeting national regulatory standards.
“This certification demonstrates our ongoing commitment to supporting safe, sustainable, and high-performing products in the Australian market,” said Dawn La Fleur-Qualley, Vice President of PMG at ICC-ES. “We are proud to work with manufacturers like High Sierra Showerheads who prioritize water conservation and product integrity.”
