This transfer of LARRs to ICC-ES Evaluation Reports (ESRs) ensures AVM’s uninterrupted compliance to the City of Los Angeles Building Code (LABC) and the City of Los Angeles Residential Code (LARC). ICC-ES is a trusted, reliable and accredited certification body accepted by the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS).
