ICC-ES Launches New Online Customer Portal System

ICC-ES Launches New Online Customer Portal System
Customers can apply, track and pay for new reports and revisions

ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES)—the experts in building product evaluation and certification has launched a new online Customer Portal System to better support new and existing ICC-ES clients (building, plumbing, mechanical and gas product manufacturers).

The ICC-ES Customer Portal System will allow new and existing clients to apply, track and review the status of their report application, while being able to apply for report revisions and review/pay invoices online via credit card. Users will first need to register and create an account.

“ICC-ES is pleased to launch this new Customer Portal System, offering manufacturers a more efficient way to apply, track and pay for new/exisiting ICC-ES Reports online,” said ICC-ES President Shahin Moinian. P.E. “This new system will be key to managing the applications of new reports for both the client and company, providing real time updates and status reports and revisions.”

ICC-ES plans to further develop the Customer Portal by adding the following capabilities among others.

  • The ability for plant inspectors to directly upload manufacturers’ inspection reports
  • The ability for report holders and technical staff to communicate/message each other regarding existing projects, updates or questions
  • The ability for registered users to communicate directly with ICC-ES Connect+ staff regarding customer service inquiries
