Vincent Chui is the Vice President of Evaluation Services. Vincent is a licensed structural engineer in the states of California and Nevada and a licensed professional engineer in the states of Alaska, Hawaii and Florida, bringing decades of business operation and technical experience in building product evaluation. Vincent oversees and directs ICC-ES's daily operations, ensuring quality and speed of service.

William Utsey, P.E. is the Director of Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Florida, Kansas, New Jersey, New York, and Wisconsin.
