ICC-ES has a new mark of conformity option. This mark can be used for clients who have the following with ICC-ES:

• Evaluation report
• Listing report
• PMG listing
• VAR Environmental Report (SAVE)

For ICC-ES clients who are already utilizing any of the below marks on their product, please note that these can continue to be used as inventory is depleted.

North America Recognition

ICC-ES Mark

The ICC-ES mark of conformity indicates that a product was tested and evaluated to meet relevant codes and standard requirements referenced in ICC-ES Acceptance criteria (AC) and other applicable codes.

ICC-ES Listed Mark

The ICC-ES Listed mark of conformity indicates a building product was tested and evaluated to meet requirements of applicable standards referenced in building codes and other applicable codes.

ICC-ES PMG Mark

The ICC-ES PMG mark of conformity indicates a plumbing, mechanical or fuel gas product has been tested and evaluated to meet requirements of the International, Uniform codes and other applicable standards.

ICC-ES Save Mark of Conformity

The ICC-ES Save mark indicates a product has been evaluated to Environmental (Green) codes or has met specific sustainability targets.

International Recognition

ICC-ES Listed Mark (Canada)

The ICC-ES Listed mark of conformity (Canada) indicates a building product was tested and evaluated to meet requirements of applicable standards referenced the National Building Code of Canada.

ICC-ES PMG Mark (Canada)

The ICC-ES PMG mark of conformity (Canada) indicates a plumbing, mechanical or fuel gas product was tested and evaluated to meet requirements of applicable standards referenced the National Building Code of Canada, National Plumbing Code of Canada and the Canadian Natural Gas Code.

ICC-ES PMG Mark (Mexico)

The ICC-ES PMG mark of conformity (Mexico) indicates a plumbing product was tested and evaluated to meet the Official Mexican Standards (NOM) and CONAGUA standard requirements in Mexico.

Other Marks

Marketing Claim Verification Mark

The ICC-ES Marketing Claim Verification (MCV) Mark indicates a product manufacturer’s marketing claim has been tested and verified through an objective and impartial process.

Environmental Product Declaration Mark

The ICC-ES Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) mark represents compliance with an environmental declaration standard and should not be construed or misrepresented as equivalent to an ICC-ES Evaluation Report (ESR), PMG Listing, or VAR Environmental Report for code compliance.
